The Patient Portal is a free online system for Persons With Epilepsy (PWE) worldwide. It empowers each user to create a personalized Patient Profile—a clear, structured document used to advocate for themselves in clinical settings.

Seizure Support designed the Portal with privacy, dignity, and reassurance at its core. From home, PWEs answer guided questions about seizure history, triggers, auras, medications, and lifestyle. A diverse team of SS medical volunteers from around the world reviews submissions and helps shape profiles that doctors, families, and caregivers can immediately understand and use.
